Returns Policy
All full priced items purchased at Wardrobe Society online store can be returned within 30 days.
All items must be quality controlled and checked for any faults before dispatch.
When a customer return is approved, customer will be credited to their nominated account.
Returned items must comply with returns policy:
- Item, unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags attached and original packaging included
- If security tag attached, it must be returned with tag in original position and security tag attached
- All container items must be unopened, unused and seal in tact
- Lingerie and swimwear only to be tried over other garments
- Face masks will not be returned due to their nature
- Items must be in condition as they arrived.
